Peanut Butter Apple Dip

Peanut Butter Apple dipIngredients:

1 package (8 ounces) low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup low-fat milk
4 Washington Cameo apples (or your favorite variety), cored and sliced in wedges
Pretzels (optional)

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; mix well. Serve with sliced apples and pretzels. Store in refrigerator.
