Ingredients: |
1/4 cup hickory or mesquite-smoked barbecue sauce |
Method: |
1) Spread wrap with 1/4 cup hickory or mesquite-smoked barbecue sauce. 2) Top with 1/2 cup shredded or thinly sliced Washington Gala apples sprinkled with thyme leaves. 3) Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cooked black beans or pinto beans or rice. 4) Top with 4 oz. smoked pork or your favorite deli meat. 5) Roll up envelope style. |
