1/3 cup heavy cream |
Method: |
1) In small fondue pot or heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat cream. Add chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in rum. Keep warm over very low heat. 2) Just before serving, core apples and cut into wedges for dipping. |
